SUMMER 2020 SCHEDULE
All sessions will be held in Elmhurst Mathnasium Monday - Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Session Types
Elementary School Basics + Games: Coding languages used include Scratch and HTML/CSS. Other topics covered include staying safe online, algorithms, loops, variables, binary, cybersecurity, and game development. For students going into grades 3-5. No experience required.
Middle School Basics + Games: Coding languages used include Scratch, HTML, and Python. Other topics covered include algorithms, loops, variables, binary, cybersecurity, and game development. For students going into grades 6-9. No experience required.
Elementary School Robot Battles: Want to learn how to create your own robots and have epic robot battles? We will use Scratch, microcomputers, and robot sets to create robot-controlled games, instruments, and more. For students going into grades 3-5. No experience required.
Middle School Robot Battles: Use Python to control microcomputers and robots! We will have robot competitions. For students going into grades 6-9. No experience required.
Elementary School Autonomous Robots: The perfect class for anyone who has already taken Elementary School Robotics (but Elementary School Robotics is not required). We will create our own robots and code them to use sensors to react to their environment! For students going into grades 3-5. No experience required.
Middle School Autonomous Robots: The perfect class for anyone who has already taken Middle School Robotics (but Middle School Robotics is not required). We will create our own robots and code them to use sensors to react to their environment! For students going into grades 6-9. No experience required.
Price is $250 if signed up before March 1, and $275 for signups after March 1.
